Many of our products are made to order, which affects processing and delivery times. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the order date.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you notice an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect address), contact us via the contact page before 11:00 AM EST. Orders typically enter production at 1:00 PM EST each day and may not be editable after that cutoff.
We currently ship within the U.S. by default. International buyers should contact us before placing an order.

Most orders are sent to production by 1:00 PM EST daily. To cancel or edit an order (including changes to the address, size, or product), please contact us before 11:00 AM EST on the same day of the order. After that time, edits or cancellations may not be possible, and additional costs may apply.
Due to the made-to-order nature of most of our products, our return policy is specific:
Item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging
Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
You must contact us via the contact page within 7 days of purchase
Product must arrive back to us within 7 days of delivery
We may request a clear photo of the product before processing a return.
You ordered the wrong item, size, or entered the wrong address
The product was delivered as described and undamaged
You contact us after the 14-day return window
If the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue via our contact page.
If we made an error, we will cover the return shipping. If the return is due to buyer error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your tracking number shows the item as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the item. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for further investigation
We are not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items after delivery confirmation
