This website Happy Pet Superstore, is owned and operated by MWG Investments LLC which is based in the United States. We are a Veteran owned business. We’ve been active in the ecommerce industry since 1997. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to the policies outlined below.


2. Use of Our Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

  • Transmitting malicious software or viruses

  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or data

  • Free Shipping Coupons: so we don’t get cooked on this deal as shipping can be expensive… with this type offer, we will waive up to $10 in shipping costs and this offer only applies when shipping to one of the “lower 48” states in the USA. Only 1 coupon per person allowed and it’s a 1 time use coupon. This cannot be used in combination with other offers.

3. Products & Pricing

Many of our products are made to order, which affects processing and delivery times. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or cancel orders

  • Correct errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Modify or discontinue products


4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Please allow 2 to 7 business days for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier operations. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the order date.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you notice an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect address), contact us via the contact page before 11:00 AM EST. Orders typically enter production at 1:00 PM EST each day and may not be editable after that cutoff.

We currently ship within the U.S. by default. International buyers should contact us before placing an order.

5. Cancellations & Edits

Most orders are sent to production by 1:00 PM EST daily. To cancel or edit an order (including changes to the address, size, or product), please contact us before 11:00 AM EST on the same day of the order. After that time, edits or cancellations may not be possible, and additional costs may apply.


6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of most of our products, our return policy is specific:

✅ To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • You must contact us via the contact page within 7 days of purchase

  • Product must arrive back to us within 7 days of delivery

We may request a clear photo of the product before processing a return.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • You ordered the wrong item, size, or entered the wrong address

  • The product was delivered as described and undamaged

  • You contact us after the 14-day return window

If the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue via our contact page.

If we made an error, we will cover the return shipping. If the return is due to buyer error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Delivery & Lost Packages

Once your tracking number shows the item as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the item. If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for further investigation

  • We are not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items after delivery confirmation


8. Email Communication & Marketing

By making a purchase, you consent to receive emails from us regarding your order and occasional marketing messages. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.

We do not sell or share our email list with third parties.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, product designs, logos, and written material—is the property of Happy Pet Superstore or our vendors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.
