- Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or a soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and 3–8 business days for shipping. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship within the U.S. using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Ensure your address is correct—changes must be made before 11 AM EST of the next day (unless you are doing expedited shipping than they must be done by the same day). Generally speaking, orders enter production at 1 PM EST of the next day. Free shipping coupons (up to $10) apply only to the lower 48 U.S. states and can’t be combined with other offers. We generally do not ship to a PO Box. If that is your only option, contact us and we will need to manually approve that. At this time, on this specific website, we do not take on International Orders. However, contact us and we may be able to accomodate you.
Returns & Refunds
Because most of the items on this website are custom-made and/or made to order, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide a photo. Buyer errors (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, bad custom image, wrong customer information, wrong text for the custom product you designed, you damaged the product, you misused the product, changed your mind, personal taste, products purchased during a sale or promotion and/or wrong address) aren’t eligible for returns, but we can offer a discount on a replacement.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for items after delivery confirmation.
Cancellations & Edits
If you need to change or cancel your order, it should be done within 2 hours of placing the order but must be done before 11 AM EST of the next day (unless you are doing same day or 2 day shipping, than it must be same day by 11am EST). After that, changes, cancellations may not be possible.
