Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Since our items are made to order, production time is needed before shipping.

Once your item is produced, it typically ships via USPS, UPS, or another major carrier. Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

We primarily ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us first through our contact page to confirm availability and shipping options.
📦 Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us.
🚫 Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize there's an error, contact us before 11 AM EST. Orders are sent to production at 1 PM EST daily, and changes may not be possible after that.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
📬 Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
