We are a small business that uses an on demand fulfillment method. This means we don’t hold any inventory and only have an item produced when you order it.

We do this to keep our costs low and quality high—that way we can offer you amazing custom items at the lowest possible price.

Because of this, we offer a 100% guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn’t, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund with no questions asked other than a photo of the product and issue, as our production center will request those.

Because we are a made to order business, returns and refunds are only accepted in the above situations. If you ordered the wrong color, size, quantity, etc. (or had it shipped it to the wrong location)—we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange but what we will do to help the situation out is give you a steep discount for the correct item and you can give the item you originally received as a gift to someone.


❌ What We Cannot Accept

Because our items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, quantity, or style

  • You entered the wrong shipping address

  • You changed your mind after the item was produced or delivered

However, we want to help! If you made a mistake on your order, we’ll offer you a significant discount on a replacement and encourage you to gift the original item to a fellow pet lover.


📸 Requirements for a Replacement or Refund

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or production error:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your name, order number, and a clear photo of the issue

  3. Let us know if you'd prefer a replacement or refund

We’ll respond quickly and make it right.


📦 Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • You must first contact us to receive return instructions

  • We may request additional information or photos before approving a return

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive the returned item (timing of funds appearing in your account depends on your bank)


🕒 Return & Refund Window

  • You must notify us within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible

  • Items must be received back by us within 7 days

  • After 14 days, all sales are final


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking number shows the item as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your postal or delivery carrier directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). We are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the carrier.
