Want to make it personal? If this particular product allows for personalization/customization (some products don't have any personlization. You will see the options above the buy button if this product has personalization options/features)... here's how to customize your pet product (different products have different options, so not all of what is discussed below may be available on this specific product):
1. Customize Your Text
The number next to the text block is the number of characters (including spaces) that you can have for that section. So, if you see for example, Text (38|38) that means you have used 38 characters and can put up to 38 characters into that text block. If you see (15|30) that means you have used 15 characters of the 30 maxiumum that you can use. So, the first number is how many characters that you have used (including spaces) so far and the 2nd number is the maximum amount of characters that you can have for that specific text element.
- Enter your pet’s name or other text that you want... could be a saying, phrase or whatever you want. Don't use emoticons or non standard letters.
- Avoid special characters or emojis to ensure your design prints clearly and beautifully.
- If you want to leave a text area blank with no text, just press the spacebar in the name or text field to leave it empty.
2. Choose Characteristics
- Select (if option is available) each characteristic option (e.g., images, character, clipart, size, breed, color, accessory) that best matches what you want.
- Make your selections carefully, one by one, for the most accurate result.
3. Upload a Photo (Optional for Some Products)
- Click "Select Image" to upload your photo. You can re-upload if needed.
- Crop your image before uploading for the best fit.
- High-resolution images with clear detail work best. Well lit lighting helps out a lot. Have close up images of your pet in a desired position as they tend to work best. Remember, if it’s a low quality and/or rough image, this process isn’t going to make it better.
- Want a clean look? Use a free background remover app before uploading your image here—there are plenty available online!
- Once you upload your image, you will be able to move your image around, scale it up or down and position it how you want by using the arrows and other buttons under the main product image. If you are on mobile scroll up to see these image tools.
4. Preview Your Creation
- Click "Preview" to see a preview of your customized product ❤️
- Please note: The preview may vary slightly from the final product due to differences in screen settings or product photo lighting.
- Due to the custom nature of a personalized customized product that a customer created... and that we are a made to order company... all sales on personalized/customized products are final (no refund, returns or exchanges allowed), so double and triple check it's what you want before checking out. Most of our customers have no issues and love their product that they receive.

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and 3–8 business days for shipping. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship within the U.S. using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Ensure your address is correct—changes must be made before 11 AM EST of the next day (unless you are doing expedited shipping than they must be done by the same day). Generally speaking, orders enter production at 1 PM EST of the next day. Free shipping coupons (up to $10) apply only to the lower 48 U.S. states and can’t be combined with other offers. We generally do not ship to a PO Box. If that is your only option, contact us and we will need to manually approve that. At this time, on this specific website, we do not take on International Orders. However, contact us and we may be able to accomodate you.
Returns & Refunds
Because most of the items on this website are custom-made and/or made to order, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (the error or issues is our fault). Contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide a photo. Buyer errors (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, bad custom image, wrong customer information, wrong text for the custom product you designed, you damaged the product, you misused the product, changed your mind, personal taste, products purchased during a sale or promotion and/or wrong address) aren’t eligible for returns, but we can offer a discount on a replacement.
Due to the custom nature of a personalized customized product that a customer "created" on this site... and that we are a made to order company... all sales on products where the customer personalized/customized the item are final (no refund, returns or exchanges allowed), so double and triple check it's what you want before checking out. Most of our customers have no issues and love their product that they receive.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for items after delivery confirmation.
Cancellations & Edits
If you need to change or cancel your order, it should be done within 2 hours of placing the order but must be done before 11 AM EST of the next day (unless you are doing same day or 2 day shipping, than it must be same day by 11am EST). After that, changes, cancellations may not be possible.
